In today’s busy and hectic life, health has become the object of second priority for most of us. Individuals today do not have time to invest in physical exercises as junk food items are replacing wholesome, healthy foods.

As a result, instances of lifestyle related health problems like obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol level, heart problems etc have increased.

Time is to lower fat content in diet and concentrate on ways to have protein-rich food.

High protein low fat diet is one of the best ways of retaining a good body without trying too hard.
